Camp Copneconic

Our Michigan Camp is held at Camp Copneconic, a YMCA camp in Fenton, MI. This has been our home for the last 30 years and will continue to be our home in Michigan for years to come!

Camp Copneconic Features many indoor and outdoor activities for our campers including archery, horseback riding, bonfires, a lake for water activities, arts and crafts areas, a reptile house and many other activities. Campers get to experience many different activities that they normally wouldn't be able to. All while making friends and learning about God's Love for each and every one of us. 

Dennis Pieper, his family, and now Special Friends Ministries has partnered with Michigan District Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod to bring you Special Friends Camp for the last 30 years and plan to continue this partnership for years to come!
